Adapun posisi serta spesifikasi yang dibutuhkan sebagai berikut:

1. MAINTENANCE (Job Code : MTC)

Responsible in maintaining company assets (building, elestricities, PABX, etc)

1. D3/S1 Electro Engineering/Telecommunication
2. Enjoy dynamic work-environment and frequent traveling
3. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.
4. Willing to be located in Bandung & Karawang

2. Administration (Job Code : ADM)

Responsible in doing administration proscess (inputing data, filling, handle internal & external corespondence, etc)

1. D3/S1 disciplines.
2. Concern for detail and accuracy
3. Has positive mental attitude.
4. Enjoy dynamic work-evironment
5. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.
6. Willing to be located in West Java Area (Bandung, Karawang, Cirebon)

3. Warehouse Staff (Job Code : WS)

Responsible in receiving, storing, and maintaining HONDA Motorcycle at warehouse.

5. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.
6. Willing to be located in West Java Area (Bandung, Karawang, Cirebon)

4. Daya Basic Management Program (Job Code : DBMP Bandung)

Candidates in this position will be prepared to fill serveral key positions in the company. Program will take approx. Two months in which candidates will be trained in all critical functions in the company.

1. D3/S1 graduated fropm reputable uni versities, any disciplines.
2. IPK ≥ 2.75.
3. Have strong interest in automotive industry
4. Have good analytical and comprehensive way of thinking
5. Have strong willingness to learn
6. Have strong leadership character
7. Prossess good maturity
8. Enjoy dynamic work-environment an frequent traveling
9. Able to quickly adapt with new situation and able to maintain positive & productive relationship with related parties.
10. Willing to be located in Bandung

Responsible in forecasting network performance and managing unit distribution from principal, making supply chain planning (Demand, Supply and Distribution), between principal, main dealer and Dealer.

1. D3/S1 degree, majoring industrial Engineering.
2. GPA ≥ 2.75 (scale : 4,00)
3. Has Experiences in SCM/Logistic will be an advantage
4. Has willingness to learn and positive mindset
5. Has good analytical skill and problem solving
6. Has strong leadership character.
7. Willing to be located in Manado, North Sulawesi

7. PDCA Officer

Responsible in maintaining and ensuring PDCA (Plan, Do, Corrective, Action) cycle running well, monitoring activity plan implementation.

1. D3/S1 degree, majoring Industrial Engineering/Management
2. IPK ≥ 2.75 (scale : 4,00)
3. Has good analytical skill and problem solving
4. Has strong leadership character.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skill
